Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on SaiyanModz, including (but not limited to) digital license keys, HWID spoofers, and Rust temporary accounts (NFA). By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of our products

All products sold on SaiyanModz are digital, intangible items. This includes:

  • License keys for cheats or tools (for example: Calamari – Rust)
  • HWID spoofers (for example: Sync Spoofer – Temp)
  • Rust temporary accounts (NFA accounts with hours)

Once a digital product is delivered (displayed on the order page, sent by email, or otherwise accessible to you), it cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product. For this reason, all successful and delivered orders are generally non-refundable.

2. General refund rule

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product, duration or hour range by mistake.
  • You were banned in-game, flagged by anti-cheat or banned by a server.
  • Your PC or internet connection does not meet the minimum requirements.
  • You did not follow the instructions or guides provided.
  • You shared or leaked your key/account and it became unusable.

We sell access to digital products and accounts. Once access has been provided and can reasonably be used, we consider the order completed.

3. Rust bans, server bans and anti-cheat

SaiyanModz does not control Rust’s anti-cheat systems, community/server admins or any third-party game platform. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Game bans (for example: EAC/VAC or Rust bans).
  • Server-side bans or kicks.
  • Trust factor / hidden reputation systems.

Using cheats, spoofers and NFA accounts always carries risk. You are fully responsible for how you use these products in-game.

4. Temporary accounts (NFA)

Rust temporary accounts sold by SaiyanModz are Not Full Access (NFA) disposable accounts intended for short-term or high-risk use.

  • Accounts may last minutes, hours, days or longer – there is no guaranteed lifetime.
  • We are not responsible if an account stops working due to bans, recoveries by previous owners or other external reasons.
  • Logging out of the account or changing details may cause it to become invalid and is at your own risk.

Because of the disposable nature of these accounts, no refunds or replacements are given once the account details have been delivered and are working at the time of delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

5. HWID spoofers and loader status

HWID spoofers and cheats may temporarily go offline for updates, maintenance or anti-cheat changes. Short-term downtime is normal in this market.

  • We do not guarantee 24/7 availability of any loader, cheat or spoofer.
  • We do not refund for short maintenance windows or security updates.
  • We display status information as clearly as possible on our site or Discord.

If a product is offline for an extended and unreasonable period of time, we may, at our sole discretion, offer partial compensation, an extension or a replacement – but this is not guaranteed.

6. When a refund may be considered

In rare cases we may review a refund or partial refund request, for example when:

  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • The product was never delivered and we cannot manually fix or resend it.
  • The key or account details were invalid at the moment of delivery and support cannot provide working details within a reasonable time.

All such cases are handled manually and require:

  • Your order ID.
  • Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID).
  • A clear description of the issue and any error messages.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the policy is being abused or if the product was clearly delivered and used.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting SaiyanModz support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your access to our products and services.
  • Permanent ban from future purchases.
  • Submission of proof to the payment provider showing delivery and usage.

If you believe there is an error with your payment, contact us first so we can review your case directly.

8. No physical returns

We do not sell physical goods, so there are no shipping returns. You do not need to send anything back to us by mail.
