These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SaiyanModz and any products sold through our website, including digital license keys, HWID spoofers, and Rust temporary accounts (NFA). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility to use our services

By purchasing from SaiyanModz, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You understand that third-party games and services may have their own rules regarding cheat usage and account ownership.
  • You accept responsibility for any actions taken using our products.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Nature of products

All products provided by SaiyanModz are digital and intangible, including:

  • Digital license keys for cheat software or loaders
  • HWID spoofers designed to temporarily alter device identifiers
  • Rust Temporary Accounts (NFA; Not Full Access).

Digital products are considered delivered once they are shown on the order page, sent to your email, or otherwise accessible. After delivery, they cannot be returned or refunded except as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

3. User responsibility and risk

You acknowledge that using cheats, spoofers, or NFA accounts in online games carries risk. SaiyanModz does not control:

  • Anti-cheat systems (e.g., EAC, VAC)
  • Server administrators or community ban systems
  • Account recoveries by previous owners
  • Game updates that may disable products

You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use our products and any game bans, penalties, lost access, or consequences that result from your actions.

4. Account usage and restrictions

When purchasing Rust temporary NFA accounts, you agree that:

  • You do not own the email or recovery rights.
  • Accounts may last minutes, hours, days or longer — no lifetime guarantee is provided.
  • Logging out, changing details, or sharing the account may render it unusable.

SaiyanModz is not responsible if an account becomes invalid after delivery due to user actions, bans, or recoveries.

5. Prohibited actions

You agree not to:

  • Share or leak digital keys, accounts, or loader access.
  • Resell, redistribute or clone our product instructions or digital content without permission.
  • Attempt chargebacks or fraudulent disputes after receiving working access.
  • Use our products for harassment, scams, or malicious activity.

Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Service availability

Cheats and spoofers may go temporarily offline due to updates or maintenance. This is normal and does not guarantee a refund. Status information is provided via our site or Discord. Extended downtime may be compensated at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

7. Payment disputes & chargebacks

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may:

  • Suspend access to all products and services immediately.
  • Permanently ban you from future purchases.
  • Provide proof of product delivery to your payment provider.
